Update: I did end up going back there a couple times...I guess the main concern would be that it is unpredictable.Will never go to this Jack in the Box again, perhaps any Jack in the Box. Food was not edible. My husband, 7 year old son, and myself all threw out the majority of our food, and had to go home and eat dinner instead.

The cashier was rude & when we got home discovered that one of the boxes was wrong. So we had to make an extra trip to return the box and get the right one. In the meantime the rest of our order got cold.

Walked in and stood waiting for someone to take my order. The employees completely ignored me. No one else in the store. I left. Never again. Don't go there. Plenty of other places happy to accept your business.

Before we order anything we informed the order tacker that we dont eat beef and pork. Still he didnt assisted us with the food and the order we made had pepperoni in it which is indeed pork and beef. When we asked about it they just ignored us and when we asked them about make it without pepperoni they just refused us and said nothing.

First of all all staff are ride and have no customer service skills. The manager female short rude and they all act as if we are bothering them. The prices are we serious charging almost 4 $ for a hash brown and 9$ for a breakfast sandwich with no upgrade to quality of product. No special deals and awful staff! I will not return! Looks like many others feel that way as it's empty all the time.

Just tried Jack's new ribeye burgers (2) with medium fries (2)... cost $23.06. Figured worth it for ribeye. Nah... burnt meat and cold. Fries were super hot but overly salted. This was at $2:35 on a Wednesday. Think we got meat left in a warmer after the lunch rush. NOT going to do this again.
