We went to La Prenda today after lunch at valley bar and bottle to start our friend’s bachelorette weekend. Janet was our server. She was rude and was extremely condescending. We asked her where a liquor store was. She told us and said “It’s south, do you know where south is?” Then we preceded to pay. She made the comment “Oh yeah you guys are going to probably tip 1 dollar.” We have never had an experience like this in Sonoma. She was so rude. It was very disappointing to receive such poor service at such a highly rated establishment.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed tasting the wines. The background story of how they can up with the name La Prenda is very similar to how my name La Prenda was chosen.

Came in here on a whim thinking they were open until 6 but George gladly welcomed us in at 415 for a tasting. Incredible experience. Wines couldn’t have been better. We would gladly come back here

My girlfriends and I came here when George was about to close for the day. Thinking we were going to get turned away, he welcomed us and served us some great wine! We left with 2 bottles of The Copper (will be ordering more). My friends and I want to thank George for his wonderful and caring hospitality. If this could be forward to George, my friend passed her first exam to become a licensed doctor. She told us and said "George's prayers worked." To the owners of La Prenda, I hope you guys see how great a person and worker George is to have.

We stopped by after dinner because Hillary C a local artist who is now working for the New Yorker as a comic was doing drawings. We absolutely loved the vibe and the wines as well.We especially loved the Sauvignon blanc.

My husband and I came here on the whim and we enjoyed ourselves more here than at the previous wineries we had been too. George was very knowledgeable and kind and very honest with us towards his favorites, his experience and he provided some great stories and made some excellent recommendations. This is a very affordable tasting option near Sonoma square. Tom was knowledgeable and personable, and offered some great insight into the family behind La Prenda. The bottles are a reasonable price and the tasting room has a really welcoming atmosphere. Definitely worth stopping by!
