Do not come to this store, the lady here who served me was very rude, she has a bad temper against the people of Sonoma, but her prices are very high, before I came a lot but after how they treated me when charging, she never came back better. Go to another store than this store, it has no good service and no respect for the people and society of Sonoma!

Had the pleasure of eating a piece of this delicious cake this past Saturday at a concert for local composer John Partridge. The cake was moist, frosting was creamy without being too sweet and the fresh fruit was delightful. The batter might even be made with corn flower as well. I was expecting a standard store cake. This was made with love.I see the other reviews. Can’t speak to service or location. But if you want a delicious cake for just about any occasion this is it.Like having Abuelita bake just for you. ♥️

I ordered a cake for my daughters birthday. When we went to pick it up I noticed that it had lint, and dust particles all on the top. I pointed it out to them and they handled it very rudely. Instead of apologizing, they kept arguing and acting like they couldn't see it even though it was very obvious. They transport their cakes from Vallejo in their work van, place them on a rack but, opened. Never getting a cake from them again, I'm so upset. ?

Horrible customer service. They don't make cakes the same anymore. The owner of the establishment had a bad smell in her armpits.

I've been in the Little Maya Bakery, store, because I'm a Mexican Individual, and I love products from Mexico. So I thought it was a good idea to go to that store, but BIG mistake, I do think the products are good and tasty, but the people who work there to serve the customers, are terrible, very rude and unprofessional. However, I will speak for myself. I am a disabled person, I can't walk, and I can't talk, I can say a couple of words and moan, only. I use a motorized wheelchair to move around. I also, live in a nursing home. I went there to get some bread, Mexican bread, and candy, but I couldn't get anything because nobody helped me out. I tried to call the staff's attention, but they did not pay attention to me, they just laughed and whispered at each other, people, customers, came in and out of the store, bought their items, and leave. I thought now the vendor, after helping this customer, she's going to help me, wrong! She left me hanging when she finished. I kept trying, finally, someone approached me and asked if I needed help. I was trying to answer and said, yes, okay, what do you want, she said, very upset and unhappy, I just laugh at myself and turned around my wheelchair and came back home.I was very disappointed, they shouldn't be employees there. They are working with long faces, unhappy like their boss is holding a gun behind their heads. It is unfortunate! The store is very challenging to navigate. Inside is so difficult to get from spot to spot, feels like everything is going to fall down on your head.
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE! I went two days before to buy bread and confirm a cake and the girl at the register and the lady who is in the back with the cakes were so mean and rude to me and my husband. Mind you it wasn’t our fault because they couldn’t find our order and kept saying there wasn’t an order placed and as soon as I showed them the receipt they were much rude and the day I picked up the lady who’s at the cakes gave me such a horrible attitude and she said the cake would be ready at 1pm and I went at 2 to pickup and still wasn’t ready!! It was in Vallejo they said like what!! Why do people have a business and treat their customers hecka rude. When you’re having a good day don’t go there because you will come out with your day ruined. I’m upset I’ve given these people money and they aren’t appreciated that we customers are the ones who keep their business going . Oh and fyi I asked for a mocha tres leches cake and it was super super dry. The cake was not it

Cute little mexican bakery in Sonoma. This is where I come get fresh bakery items - conchas, cuernitos, mantecadas, etc. Each day they have fresh coffee (cafe con canela is my favorite), champurrado, and fresh juices to order. I've also tried their tamales - must say they are flavorful, my favorita was tamal de rajas.Their little store also offers mexican goodies (baking goods, tea's, gelatin, etc.). And you can also place orders for cakes & other baked items. Each time i've gone, their staff is friendly and attentive.

Little Maya is coming up with a larger space and soon to accommodate as a small cafe. I had a croissant, tamale de elote that just hit the spot and a warm champurrado that brought back memories... I know they are in the midst of a remodel but if you haven't been in a while I suggest trying them again.
