I stopped by Papa Murphy's Take and Bake Pizza while on my way to RJ Pickinsticker's house because nothing says nice to see you better than a pizza. RJ was flabbergasted because his Dkaber Ooblikinstul was stuck in the mud, the 56 Autocar has a 20 ton winch on its PTO that will pull the beast out, that's for sure. The Papa Murphy's pizza sure was a hit, it was just as good as anything from the best pizza houses in town. ☆☆☆☆☆

Don't come half an hour before closing. The employees will look at you and run to lock the door and turn off the lights at 7:30. I get 5-15 min before closing, but half an hour? Cmon guys, you chose to work here

Most decent reviews are YEARS old. This crew does not know how to make pizza. Crust proofed to mush -- either too long in fridge or on rack. Either way, the dough was waste : Not fit for serving. The sauce was minimal. There's no way this is the portioning that's expected: shorted sauce, cheese, and toppings. Will never go back to this location

Take and bake is awesome! The Somoma location on West Napa Street is outstanding! Friendly, helpful and fast; especially if you order online. Just had the stuffed pizza, oh so delicious and filling!

After having my phonecall dropped twice, I drove to the location. I figured I would just have to wait while they made my pizza. The guy working said "picking up"? I told him no, and he said, you have to order online. I said, well Im here now....he told me, we have no more dough. I felt like my business just doesnt matter to these folks so I took it to Jacob's, who were happy to serve me. R.I.P. Papa M. You're dead to me.

Randomly went in today for a pizza and the woman working (she was blonde and I'd assume a manager as she was older than the teens working) was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I never go out of my way to leave a Yelp review, but they need to find new management. She openly scoffed when I asked about Gluten Free options and then when I asked for no mushrooms on my veggie pizza she snapped at me and told me I ruined their entire day's inventory. She told me "don't do that again" and then stormed out of the room. SO unprofessional, awkward, and unwelcoming. She made it a very unpleasant experience. Would not recommend to anyone who likes friendly customer service.

Staff was very friendly when I ordered and my order was ready in less than 5 min. Ingredients all looked and tasted very fresh. We always get the thin crust so we can eat more pizza.

So the woman with the dirty blonde hair about 35 years old, has been nasty rude for the third time I've had to deal with her. I had the audacity to walk up to her door when the big lighted sign said "OPEN". I'm done. When you get sick of the rude lady, there's Tortilleria Jalisco about a block away and across W. Napa Street. They are awesome, and the food truck is open there until 10:30!

I went into Papa Murphy's to order a pizza . There was no one to greet me. I called three times to see if there was anyone there. Finally a young lady came out and clearly had a big chip on her shoulder. I started to tell her what I wanted and she told me to wait and not with a smile in her voice. She walked over to the register and I ordered. I gave her cash and she looked at me and said debit or credit only like I should have known that. She began to prepare the pizza and I asked her to please leave the onions off. Rudely she said " you need to tell me that when you are at the register!" I apologized and she just shrugged her shoulders. I wished her a nice day and she just turned on her heel and returned to the back room. Clearly, Lauren needs an attitude adjustment and a class in customer service! What a disappointment!!!
