Had the best time celebrating my birthday at Patz & Hall! We paid for the $40 package and it was the perfect amount of wine for us. The complimentary glass of champagne upon arrival was also so nice. Our server Veronica was very knowledgeable and super nice as well!

We love Patz and Hall wines. I'm so glad we booked our visit and tasting while in the area. Hands down, our favorite Pinot and so happy it's back in family hands. We enjoy visiting local gems that emphasize the quality of the wines and take advantage of long term relationships with the vineyards and growers. This visit was one of the highlights of our trip. Can't wait to receive our shipment!

We’ve been to over 40 wineries in the area, and this was in the top 10!!! Fantastic pinots and chardonnays (and was pleasantly surprised by the bubbles as well!)! Huge thanks to Michelle to not only giving us an amazing wine tasting experience, but also being super knowledgeable about the region in general and giving us a great lunch recommendation 😊 would 10/10 recommend stopping by!!

Amazing wines including Chardonnay and Pinot noirs. A very warm welcome with a rose and our host Michelle was extremely knowledgeable and generous with her knowledge and pours. We truly appreciated her attention to detail. The ambience was wonderful! We highly recommend stopping at Patz and hall if you are in Sonoma!

Patz & Hall produces some of the finest Pinot Noir and Chardonnay to be found anywhere, period. The tasting room is gorgeous with plenty of room inside and outside to relax and enjoy world class wine at your own pace. Several single vineyard Chardonnay's and Pinot Noirs are available to taste. The wine stewards are very knowledgeable and keep pace with your tasting cadence. Our experience was outstanding and our party of 4 purchased several bottles of wine. We look forward to a return visit sometime in the near future.

showed up unnanounced, with 6 kids, we were welcomed like we were royalties, the host, Greg, is an incredible person, extremely knowledgeable, great sense of humour, patient, dedicated, he loves what he does and it shows.the wines we tasted were seriously outstanding, we had a private room, the decor is simple yet amazing, even if we came in during winter we had one of the best day of our trip at the winery, they make great wine, i know we left with 14 bottles. if you have one spot to visit, go see them and if you are lucky, Greg will be your host.amazing people, amazing place can only equals to amazing wine

The winery is on a beautiful spot of land, and the outdoor wine tasting experience was accompanied by a knowledgeable host (shoutout to Greg!). Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are their main varietals, and they've been focused on those for quite awhile. If you don't like those flavor profiles, likely do not go for a tasting.As a visitor to Napa/Sonoma, and someone perhaps less educated in the space, I was disappointed to be tasting grapes not directly from Patz & Hall's vineyards. Instead, Patz & Hall sources from vineyards around the greater Sonoma area - and Greg was gracious enough to show us where on a map!

Unfortunately, Patz & Hall just missed the mark. It was the worst winery of our trip (we loved Opus One, V. Sattui, Inglenook, and Cakebread for reference). Tasting these wines made me wish I'd never heard of this brand, and I doubt I'll purchase it again in stores. It seems the wines they sell to restaurants (where we actually first had a chardonnay from them, and loved it) and stores is better than what they let you taste at their winery. I couldn't wait to be done and move on with my day, very shortly after arriving. Really sad to say that we won't return to this winery.

My friends and I had an amazing tasting experience at Patz and Hall yesterday. I'd been once before, but it was raining so we sat inside. Yesterday was nice and sunny so we sat out on the lovely patio. Nancy helped us and she was so much fun and led us through the tasting at the perfect pace. She was kind enough to do some extra pours for wines we were interested in purchasing.We were already big fans of their wine and now we are big fans of visiting - highly recommend!

Such a wonderful experience at this modern yet classical winery! Michelle and all of her teammates took such good care of us making our anniversary more than memorable! On top of the world class wine already on the menu, the few extra bonus pours really felt like a Christmas surprise! We were sat in front of the fireplace which added warmth and light to our experience. Definitely bring your friends and family here, if not the whole block of neighbors! ;)
