I visited Ricci Vineyards a couple days ago and can not say enough about the quality of the wines. Tyler and Jim provided very a interesting history of the family vineyards. The tasting atmosphere is totally Sonoma. It is very laid back surrounded by beautiful vineyards hosted by folks the are truly passionate about what they do and want make sure you enjoy the experience.
First visit to Ricci. Wonderful boutique winery in Carneros AVA. Our hosts Tyler and Jim were down to earth and spent lots of time with us, sharing the winery family history and their wines. Wonderful Chardonnay and Pinot in addition to some amazing uncommon varietals.
Tyler and Jim were so welcoming and knowledgeable. It's a family run operation that serves amazing wines. If you are looking for what wine county is at its core... Go here. You absolutely won't be disappointed.
