Sandwiches made us feel like we were in Italy!!! The Massimo and Parma were awesome. The two people working were very nice and fun to talk to. They were offering samples to all the customers. 100% recommend especially for a pick up before a picnic in the downtown plaza. YUMM.

After a recommendation from the good folks at Winery Sixteen 600, we ordered two sandwiches for takeout and they were so delicious - the mortadella and the pastrami. We loved both. When we picked them up, they offered us free samples of soppressata while we waited just a minute. They were so friendly! Highly recommend!

Amazing local place where they make you feel welcome and the food matches its incredible hospitality. Chef Andrea made us a custom charcuterie board and we bought the sourdough bread. We are in heaven with this place. Love it

Salumeria Ovello is a local treasure quietly standing in plain view, offering an exceptional selection of classic and regional, house-cured salumi. Chef Andrea Marino's expertise and creativity clearly make this shop a true standout among Sonoma's many wonderful food sources.

The focaccia is out of this world. The mortadella is an all-time fave. You just can't go wrong with anything this store has.

Such a delightful place. I live in Novato and come here for the best mortadella hands down!!!! The focaccia is really good and the bread is excellent, not to mention beautiful. Owner is very nice and always service with a smile! You can’t go wrong with anything from Ovello’s! 🇮🇹

Fantastic house made salami and Foccaccio. The flavors were very good, though I do with the sandwiches were a little bigger. The other items made there are very good too, the house made Nutella was a total hit my kid. Owner and workers were super friendly and you can tell that it's a passion of his.

This cute cozy café, nestled at the heart of Sonoma’s city center, is a delightful treat for an afternoon bite. The Porchetta was the highlight of our adventure. The pork combined with arugula and balsamic make the focaccia melt in your mouth. While there, try the Tiarmisu and the long tongue crackers. This food is truly reminiscent of Torino cuisine.

Cute shop with very friendly service that specializes in cured meats. They have several sandwiches to choose from and 4 cafe tables inside if you prefer to eat in-house. We visited on Sunday, 2PM and there were just a few people inside.

We ordered the new Panino Piemonte: lengua, salsa verde, provolone, and radicchio on soft, fresh foccachia. We also had a pasta salad with their homemade mayo and washed it all down with pellegrinos. Chef (*ahem* Michelin-star) let us try some Napa salami, which was very good. Tasty, fresh, and worth more visits!! This place is a gem.
