Black Bear Diner Sonoma

Twice in the past 3 weeks we ate at the Sonoma Store and twice we were treated like we were special , by Rosi and Maria. The customer service is such a big part of the dining being an enjoyable time. The meals for the 3 of us were very good. Thank You both!!!

Sticky table with at least one ant.service was just ok. The food had no flavor .2 scrambled eggs looked like 1. My wife's hash browns looked petrified. 36 dollars doesnt go very far any more.

Holy Crap! I’ve never had a worst breakfast. Simple order: bacon and eggs. The bacon was so under cooked it was transparent. The hash browns were like chewing on a bicycle inter tube. And he burnt the eggs! How do you burn eggs! I was thinking that maybe the chef called in sick and they just shoved a dishwasher in the kitchen.

The food is very rich and varied.
Excellent service, if you don't speak English well, there are staff who speak Spanish.

My family went out for breakfast and my cousin wanted to revisit after eating there with his fiance, we had a great time. The staff was very attentive and kept us posted on our wait time, I'd gotten a bear claw that they make in house and it was delicious! There was a minor slip in the beginning with our drinks, a decaf got switched around but the staff were very quick to remedy this and were super the rest of our time.
When we revisit the valley next year we'll definitely stop by again, this is the second Black Bear we've gone too and both the service and food is amazing!
