This experience raised serious health concerns. Our order was completely wrong we explicitly requested NO MEAT, and it was clearly displayed on the drive-through screen, yet meat was still included in the food. That alone is unacceptable and dangerous for people with dietary or medical restrictions.
More concerning, every item we received had a strong metallic taste. This was not limited to one product it was across the entire order. Because of this, we did not feel safe eating the food and had to throw everything away. Whether the food was spoiled, contaminated, or improperly handled, something was clearly wrong.
This is not just about customer service it’s about food safety. Management needs to take this seriously and address both order accuracy and quality control immediately.

Stopped here riding my bike home but it would have been faster to ride home and then door dash. They forgot my ordered sauces and my tacos were smashed and stuck to the wrapped they totally fell apart when I opened them up. Bleh.

The woman managing the drive-thru this evening seems to lack the necessary skills to perform her role effectively. It's disheartening to see a lack of respect and attentiveness in the service industry towards customers. When I visited the drive-thru to order a beef burrito for my mother, specifying only beef, cheese, and onions, she appeared confused by the request. Despite there being no other customers in line, she displayed an impatient attitude, rushing us at the window. Given that my mother is a senior citizen who needs a little more time to make her decisions, I found this behavior particularly concerning. It seems that there is a diminishing respect for our elders in these situations. I wish I had caught her name, as her performance was far below the standard I would expect. When I mentioned my previous experience working at Taco Bell and noted that the order was straightforward, her response was to dismiss my attempts and refuse to proceed with the order. It's unclear what the hiring criteria were or how her interview process was conducted, but it would be beneficial for the organization to ensure that staff are properly vetted. Her performance does not reflect the high levels of customer service that Taco Bell is known for, and I believe she would greatly benefit from additional training and a discussion with upper management.
I love to hit up the happy hour specials with my kids. Makes everyone feel special to get their own drink (it's the only time it's affordable to do so with a big family) and a snack. Mobile orders are a breeze, accumulate points towards freebies. TacoBell does Drops every Tues @ 2pm pst. 1st so many customers get a great deal.
