The woman managing the drive-thru this evening seems to lack the necessary skills to perform her role effectively. It's disheartening to see a lack of respect and attentiveness in the service industry towards customers. When I visited the drive-thru to order a beef burrito for my mother, specifying only beef, cheese, and onions, she appeared confused by the request. Despite there being no other customers in line, she displayed an impatient attitude, rushing us at the window. Given that my mother is a senior citizen who needs a little more time to make her decisions, I found this behavior particularly concerning. It seems that there is a diminishing respect for our elders in these situations. I wish I had caught her name, as her performance was far below the standard I would expect. When I mentioned my previous experience working at Taco Bell and noted that the order was straightforward, her response was to dismiss my attempts and refuse to proceed with the order. It's unclear what the hiring criteria were or how her interview process was conducted, but it would be beneficial for the organization to ensure that staff are properly vetted. Her performance does not reflect the high levels of customer service that Taco Bell is known for, and I believe she would greatly benefit from additional training and a discussion with upper management.

I love to hit up the happy hour specials with my kids. Makes everyone feel special to get their own drink (it's the only time it's affordable to do so with a big family) and a snack. Mobile orders are a breeze, accumulate points towards freebies. TacoBell does Drops every Tues @ 2pm pst. 1st so many customers get a great deal.
Fast and accurate. 4 stars becouse they didn't have lite lemonade.

The food here was classic and amazing. Surprising good for fast food, service was amazing kind and quick, sometimes. Only if you order in person, Everytime I go through drive through they charge me but miss up for 4 items!!! The atmosphere inside is boring but it works.

The guy with the glasses and longer hair is so rude sighing and just overall rude if you ask him for anything on the menu, god forbid you haft to ask for sauce because he didn’t put it in there Update: I feel in the last couple months they’ve really stepped their game up food has been good, service way better so I will update my review to reflect but still remember what it was

The guy with glasses and long hair hates being there. He was SO BEYOND FRUSTURATED that my friend had an online order. He almost lost it. I won’t be doing online orders anymore because I really don’t want to upset this guy. He was so annoyed with me. It was my friend that ordered not me and I feel like he was about to lose it
