Hands down an amazing experience! The amuse bouche style bites paired with the wine was fantastic! Our tasting guide was phenomenal! He was so knowledgeable and clearly loves what he does. We also like the Pangloss Cellars bubbly to cleanse our palette before starting. Excellent value for the price!
While the Pinot Noir is exceptional, in my opinion the chardonnays are among the best produced in California. Neil is a delight, and I'm proud to show these wines off to friends and family whenever I get the chance.
Texture is located in a beautifully historic that has been recently restored on the Sonoma Square. It's tucked away in the back of Pangloss. Both of which are owned by Repris Wines. The tasting is an intimate experience consisting of a food pairing with two chardonnays and two pinot noirs.
