The pizza was just not good at all. Crust too thin (cracker-like) and toppings didn't seem cooked at all. Staff were friendly and helpful but couldn't stand the outside key-access bathrooms. They were dingy and the key/clipboard to access the bathroom seemed unhygienic. Disappointing experience for a place with 4 stars.

Went here recently to celebrate a friends birthday and had such a lovely time! It was excellent service and yummy food and drinks! We got the sangria, truffle onion rings, and a pizza and it was all delicious! Will definitely be back!

Great service from the staff. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful as I needed a gluten free & dairy free option. The dairy free cheese blend was the best I have ever had.Dietary restrictions: I am gluten free (not celiac) and dairy free. The vegan cheese on the pizza was the best I’ve ever had.

I really, really like this place. Great food, wonderful service, nice setting. They have one easily fixable problem, and it's the toilet paper dispenser in the bathroom. It does nothing but shred the tissue, note the pile of shredded pieces on the floor. Please put up a free standing one that works. Believe me, the women will especially appreciate it.

My wife and I enjoyed frequenting this lovely restaurant for years but haven’t returned since the pandemic until yesterday. The truffle onion rings were stuff of legend and we had taken friends and family there many times but on our last visit nothing was the same. The truffle onion rings were doughy and lacked the truffle flavoring and the spring pea ravioli were substantially smaller than they used to be. Also the parsnips that come with the ravioli were undercooked and crunchy. The carnitas pizza was decent but overall we were highly disappointed in the flavor of everything we had. Covid seems to have ruined all of our favorite eateries unfortunately. The last complaint is that when it was time to pay the bill the server hovered while I decided of the tip amount to leave. The 20% customary option was not an option on the handheld debit card payment machine so I just chose the 25% option because it was too awkward to calculate the 20% with her looming over me.

The ambiance was bright and vibrant, adding to the overall wonderful experience. Can't wait to return for another satisfying meal!

Great food and service. We ordered pasta and pizza to go and ate in the plaza. It was great.

Great spot for lunch! Went here and tried a few different pizzas. They have so many different types, you really can't go wrong. The pizzas are super thin so be aware of that! The asian cauliflower was the best!! I was shocked at how good and flavorful it was. Great vibes and good service :)

We came here to celebrate a birthday . The service here was top notch , we were all so happy with the service that everyone wanted to contribute to the tipping. We started off with the truffle friends and cauliflower appetizers and then we ended up ordering 4 different pizzas to share. The margarita , a pepperoni one , the Mediterranean and a mushroom truffle . I would say the mushroom truffle was my favorite! One distinction about Red Grapes pizza is their ultra thin crust ! It's crispy and by the time you're done eating pizza you don't feel weighed down from overloading in carbs ! The restaurant is casual and I will definitely be back :)
