The win was as really amazing but it wasn’t relaxing. We were the only people there and we felt a lot of pressure. We like to relax and have fun at wineries then buy bottles if we want to. The person helping us was nice and informative.

Terry did an amazing wine tasting for our group of 4 wine drinkers. He was absolutely excellent! So knowledgeable about the wine and the winemaking process. The Pinot Noir wines at Walt were simply incredible! My faves Gap's Crown, Bob's Ranch, Sierra Mar, Rose' from Pinot Noir, and Rita's Crown. The tasting room was spacious and the atmosphere was wonderful. Terry showed us a short film with aerial views of the vineyards producing the grapes of each wine we tasted. Awesome, just awesome! I have never experienced discrimination on a really serious level before. We were greeted and totally ignored for an hour. Maybe I shouldn’t have told my hostess that we were from El Paso. I DON’T recommend this place and would never return. Truly discriminated against Latinos. My husband and I ended up leaving and went to Patz and Hall. Love love Walt!! I've been a member of Hall Wines (owned by the same folks) and have visited here so many times. Before going to Walt, I didn't think I liked Pinot Noirs. And then I realized I did. Services is always great. The inside space is a bit small so ideally you can visit on a warm or at least not rainy day, to enjoy the wines outside.

The customer service at WALT Wines here in Sonoma was awesome. The staff was amazing, very knowledgeable, and attentive. Elan treated us as if we were old friends. He has also certainly earned the title of wine educator as we learned a ton about Pinot Noir. The wine was also amazing, as they far surpass their competition with the same supply of grapes. We are grateful they made our honeymoon trip one to remember! We will be back for sure next time we are in Sonoma!

We had such a lovely time at WALT Wines today. Great tasting wines and excellent service. Our server Jesse was delightful and knowledgeable! I also appreciated that, when I had to step away from the table with my fussy baby, another employee of WALT (I didn't get her name) kindly invited me to sit in a private, air conditioned room, away from the heat that was making the baby fussy. I was able to soothe baby quickly and then make my way back to the table to sip the delicious Pinot Noir flight.

My boyfriend and I visited Walt wines a few months back and have since visited wineries all along the west coast. We loved our experience but are not typically ones for writing reviews. However, in visiting many other wineries since we have realized that our experience at Walt wines was extraordinary. The host took a lot of time to describe and educate us about wine and this greatly enhanced not only our experience at Walt wines but our experience with wine going forward. I could not recommend this winery enough!

Wonderful tasting. The wine was fabulous. We were a group of 8 and we sat on the rear porch. Taylor was a phenomenal educator and just a lovely woman who shared so much about the both the wines and history of the winery. I would have given it a 4* because it was great but Taylor pushed it easily to a 5* rating. Our purchases almost put our luggage over the weight limit. Highly recommend.

I am a member of Walt since 2016. This wine club is excellent. I normally always pick up my wine shipments and therefore normally visit them at least every quarter. They are always great. Their service is great. Their wine educators that have been there for some time are great. I really like Terry and Michael. Terry truly educates you on the wine and Michael is also great.
