I ordered from Vinebox and never got my delivery. They sent it back to the sender. Has provided no refund d or update and I have been emailing and trying to call. I’m reporting this company to the BBB and filing a police report as I believe it’s a scam.

ZERO stars. Ordered a Stag wine pourer/aerator from "In Good Taste" but came from "Wine Country Connect". The pourer was a gift and did not arrive in time. They shipped the wine pourer REQUIRING an adult signature (as though a bottle of wine!) Gift did not arrive in time for my friend, so I purchased elsewhere. Was denied refund - they state they don't take ANY RETURNS. BUYER BEWARE.
