Myra looked after us perfectly. Will definitely request her section next time we’re in town! Thanks for a special evening!

Surprised by the hype about this spot. Enjoyed the ambiance but found the food way overpriced, especially given the small portion size. The pastas were nothing special, and the cheesecake was just ok. Thought we'd get free refills on ice tea, but nope. Won't return.

So want to like this place. Local. But...loud (not necessarily a problem). Why are the pizzas always burned? Turn down the temp in the oven. On the upside, we have had great meals here, but on balance...it's not worth it. Bar and bar staff are fab! Rumor has it that they can't keep their good staff. The new som is a bit of a poseur. The previous one really cared. Not sure we will go again.

Wonderful experience! Recognized our friends birthday with a special treat. Service from the moment we walked in was top notch. Food was stellar. Loved the entire experience! Highly recommend!

WOW! Biggest disappointment!! We’ve had dinner here before and it was good, but the Easter brunch we just had was the biggest $400 dollar disappointment ever! (Avocado toast & eggs Benedict, $$$ REALLY!) Was your basic average run of the mill brunch that I could get for maybe $100 somewhere average. But for $350 + tip!!! The food was “ok” but for Michael Mina and $350, absolutely NOT!! (And my cocktail glass had chips all around the glass; did not even take it off the bill and the desserts was completely different then advertised and not good!) . (Also had a better avocado toast at my local coffee shop!) Big NO! WAY OVERPRICED FOR WHAT WE GOT!!

Love love love this place! Definitely get a reservation and try anything from their cocktail menu. Rob does a crazy great job of experimenting with flavor profiles that pair perfectly with the menu.

We had a 8PM reservation at the restaurant. Got the table at 8:30 since the place was packed. We had drinks at the bar in the meantime. The bartender was very professional and the drinks were on point.!! Once we got the table the server took our order after 10 mins. Post that, it took 45 mins for the order to come. We ordered the king Salmon and the potato soup. The potato soup was decent however the Salmon was too salty and by the looks it seemed like it had been sitting on for a while before it was brought to the table. I could barely finish few bites and had to ask the server to take the dish away since the salt was too much. The server was kind enough to take the salmon off the bill. The dessert was decent (cheesecake).Overall, the food did not seem worth the wait and definitely not equatable to the $$$ price and on top the egregious wait made things worse.

I have to give this place 5 stars but I usually give 4 but update if the 2nd time I go deserves the 5 stars. But this restaurant deserves 5 stars. From checkin to being seated then being served was an experience! A great one - so kind and friendly and helpful. Service was very attentive but not overbearing Now to the food--everyone at the other tables seemed to enjoy themselves and we had the tasting menu which was a lot of food but great to try A bit of each of the dishes. The duck was delicious and so was the ahi cooked perfectly as was the short rib dish. Loved the beet salad and the fresh oyster. The potato leek soup with a potato roll and the ricotta meatballs would've been enough for me, so tasty. The crab endive salad was so good too. Basically everything is high quality ingredients prepared fresh and tasty. This place is perfect for a date night, special celebration dinner and would suggest making reservations as this place is hopping busy on a Saturday evening

Was looking for an amazing place to eat in Sonoma. We've been here many times and have been to many of the places on the square. Never heard of this place but turned out it was located right at our hotel, Lodge At Sonoma. This Michael Mina restaurant is legit. Yes it's not cheap but the food is amazing at 100% worth it. We shared a bunch of food: 1) beat salad - good but smallish portion 2) duck fat potatoes - really good and larger portion made up for the salad 3) lobster pot pie - $120 is steep but you'll remember the presentation and taste forever. 4) candy bar - I asked the server what he recommended for desert and he didn't hesitate. It was really good The server (wish I could remember his name) was awesome. Personable, down to earth, and made some great suggestions. I'd highly recommend this place and hope to go back.

Do you know the difference between rigatoni an cannelloni? They don't. Poor service poor food in an ok ambiance. You can do better (so can they).

Everything about Wit & Wisdom was beyond spectacular. Ryan was such a generous host, and made my 30th Birthday unforgettable. Thank you

Great service- but food was a bit of a hit and miss. Nice wine selection. Good: Endive and crab salad. Delicious- delicately assembled with a drizzle of light sauce and cheese to complement the crab. Miss: Short rib cavatelli - short rib was cooked perfectly. But the pasta sauce was too runny and salty. Pepper crusted ahi- ahi was cooked nicely to a medium rare level but the sauce was way too salty. I was also not a fan of the fried potato cake. It was over fried and hard to eat.
