I don’t understand why people open restaurants with what they consider a high end name and then use the cheapest ingredients…each time I have eaten here and ordered something rare, it ends up being as tough to chew as shoe leather and flavorless, the potstickers are thicker than the thieves of the previous political party and the person who waited on us could care less….I mentioned the meat being tough and he just stood there as if to say…..”don’t know what to tell you but you’ll pay for it just because”

So, my family & I came into Kobe sushi last night 9/25/24 to have dinner. we had 5 different Sushi rolls! OMG so fresh & delicious. The service was great and friendly from who ever you spoke to.

We were craving sushi, our usual spot is closed on Wednesday and boy are we glad!!! It was absolutely excellent! It was so great we ordered more than we could devour so we had to take some home. I have never had sushi taste just as good the next day! The staff was very polite and welcomed all that came in with a smile, so professional. We asked our waitress what her favorite was, the Red Head sushi. Although we were full we had to try it, delicious! This will be our forever sushi hot spot!
