Barrow’s Cafe & Grill Reviews
Been going there since 2018.
I love Barrows. service is excellent and the food is as well.
If you have food allergies be careful eating here. Either they don’t train their wait staff well on the subject or they just don’t care. Either way I had to make sure my server wrote down my allergies on the ticket. They also seemed to struggle with grasping the concept that cross contamination is why I’m letting her know of my allergies. I also asked them to double check something for me with the kitchen staff to see if it’s safe for me to eat and they never did.

Barrow's Cafe & Grill is known for its delicious home-made Corned Beef Hash and warm, welcoming service. The staff is always friendly and prompt to attend to customers, creating a family-style diner atmosphere that is clearly a local's favorite. The restaurant is praised for its excellent friendly service with a smile and a great menu with lots of choices. Customers appreciate the variety of choices for breakfast and lunch, with generous portions and high-quality ingredients. They also serve a traditional club sandwich, one of the few places in the county to do so. Vegetarian options are available, with the Garden burger being a highlight. Many mention the restaurant's killer pies and cakes, homemade and made in-house. The menu offers a great selection of breakfast and lunch dishes, including amazing Eggs Benedict and Pancakes, considered some of the best in California. The diner-style atmosphere and selection of pies add to the appeal, making Barrow's Cafe & Grill a satisfying dining experience for travelers and locals alike. The only downside is that the restaurant closes by 3 pm daily, but it remains a favorite spot for lunch and really good breakfast. Recently, the restaurant announced a move near Napa auto and Nate's saw shop on Mono Way.
