I have tried and tried to give this place chances because up here, not many pizza choices, but they have disappointed us every time. Pizzas always cut wrong, overcooked with huge dough bubbles. We tried the new cheese bacon breadsticks, order of 12 and atleast 4 of them were completely empty, as if they threw just plain sticks in the order, the bacon ones were alright, after I reheated them in the microwave to try and soften them. Walked up to the counter, workers complaining about something, not work related, I had to wait for their conversation to end before I even got helped. I have worked many years in pizza and am just disappointed because I know they could be better, it's really not that hard. Best part of the experience was the $1 Alien toys in their arcade area.

I ordered pizza from this place through their website, and it took an hour and a half to arrive. When the (very nice) driver finally showed up, he asked if I had tipped through the website. I told him I had — $7. He then told me that in the future, I shouldn’t order delivery through the website because the drivers have boycotted the store. Apparently, the workers there steal the drivers' tips.
He said it’s better to get pizza delivered from literally anywhere else. I’m furious, to say the least. I used to be a delivery driver myself in my 20s, just trying to make ends meet, feed my kids, and pay for gas out of my own pocket while working as a pizza driver. I will never order from this place again.

I had a Ling Arthur Supreme , large , regular crust,extra cheese & ham . Delivered to my home, received my order in 40 minutes.
We bought 3 large pizzas. One was supposed to be a chicken & garlic gourmet with a white sauce. It was made with a red sauce! One was to be a to go and was cooked 20 minutes before we left. The one that was supposed to be eaten there wasn't cooked. What to do? We spent $120 and didn't get what we ordered. Very disappointed!!!
