This is my go to spot when it comes to Starby's!! I absolutely love the employees! Friendly and smiling no matter if they're super busy or super slow. They're just all around great! Special shout out to Amanda!
Coffee I ordered was wrong. Completely wrong. Coffee tastes watered down with a ton of cream added.
Just another great Starbucks.
The employees are very nice
Always friendly and nice staff
Currently sitting in the drive thru. It's been 20 min and I'm still not at the window
Waited for more than 10 minutes in drive through at window, fo a house coffee cream and sugar, was not offered a stopper or sleeve, and the over filled very hot drink spilled all over my lap

I stopped in at 7:45pm to get a quick drink on my way home to see 3 employees inside with the doors locked and the store closed when they are supposed to close at 8pm according to what it says on the internet. Very disappointed, I can understand closing a few minutes early not 15-20 min.
So nice and friendly definitely reccomend

Came here on a whim because I had to go pee but ended up getting a coffee while I was inside. Super friendly staff engaged in conversation and made me feel welcome... Drive thru was busy, so save time and order ahead!!!

I was made to feel so uncomfortable that I will not be coming back. I went through the drive through and ordered one cake pop which costs $3.25. When i got to the window, I handed the employee my card and they extended their arm out the window with a little electronic screen and the employee said "would you like to leave a tip?" And the screen had options of $1, $2, and $5.No one made anything for me, or even microwaved something for me, so technically this was not a tippable purchase. But having this person say verbally to me, would you like to give me a tip? And then making me physically choose a tip amount or choose No, made me very uncomfortable and it messed with me psychologically (just as the owner of the business intended). It worked and I left a tip. What happened to the tip jar on the counter? You tipped if you chose to, maybe even because you receieved excellent service?I left this interaction feeling uncomfortable and angry, and will not be going back for more.
Coming from Groveland, this place was fantastic! The staff was friendly and quick with our orders.
