This is a comfortable and reasonably priced place for an “Italian” dinner. Not high end, but perfect for a casual dinner while passing through town. Service was quick and friendly. There was a wide choice of items. Very tasty. The salad was very good. The seafood bisque wasn’t too exciting. Both were included with our meals (you get one or the other). The bread was free, also, but not all that great. The pasta dishes were very nice. You get a lot for the price. I would definitely go here again

New owners, and they knocked out of the park! We had a large party and they moved tables for us with no problem. Everyone LOVED the food. The service was just amazing. Highly recommend!

I really enjoy the cafe house salad. The dressing is fantastic, it's a creamy Italian.. it's full of sunflowers seeds and either cranberries or raisins, whatever it's delicious!

Once again, Strings did NOT disappoint. We stopped into our favorite little Cafe for a quick bite to eat after our crazy fun day of getting married! We absolutely adore this place. Always clean, always cheerful. The food is out of this world. I have tried many of the items they offer and the dishes just seem to get better and better. The wait staff is always so polite and attentive. And I must give much love to the chefs who keep banging out stellar food! So long as Strings is open, they will have us as loyal customers.

Out of menu items and the beer my spouse wanted. Our server was very sweet and friendly but somewhat forgetful ( cleared and wiped our table but left it wet and didn't bring any bread plates, napkin or silverware until I requested them after our food was delivered. The cheese ravioli must have been frozen too long as the pasta was tough and had some freezer burn. The Alfredo sauce tasted more of cornstarch than cheeses. The minestrone was pretty good but a bit on the bland side. My cheese stuffed shells were quite tasty on the marinara side but one end had the tasteless Alfredo. The best part of the meal was the bread. Since this was the second time for the tasteless Alfedo for my husband at this location, and the 3rd time at a Strings overall, my husband won't go back. I probably won't either.

Tried this restaurant for the first time the other night. Restaurant is clean and our server was very nice and pleasant. You can see right into the kitchen, so that was kind of neat. We ordered the all meat Calzone. It came with salad and bread. The food was good and looking forward to going back and trying another dish.

My husband took me there for a special birthday dinner. The Seafood Alfredo and pork tenderloins were both awful! The pork was bland and dry, and the Alfredo was bizarre. The sauce wasn’t creamy and garlicky like normal - it was runny, oily and orange colored, with a very unpleasant smell and taste…nothing like any Alfredo sauce I’ve ever had. I had them add some fresh grilled salmon to the Alfredo, and the salmon was anything but fresh, and tasted just like everything else…Very bland. I literally brought all of it home, washed all the sauce off and re-cooked it so it was edible.( I didn’t want to waste a $28 meal! ) I should have sent it back. But I had already sent back the nine dollar glass of wine I ordered, which was a Columbia Crest Cabernet that I had enjoyed before elsewhere, but this one tasted like cough syrup. We had a great meal there before when it was under different ownership. We should have known when there was only one other couple in there on a Saturday night at 7:15 that this was not the place to eat. The bread and seafood bisque were good, but we will definitely not eat there again. So disappointing!

My hubby came from San Jose. We found strings and can share that the spaghetti and vegetarian pasta were on point. Excellent service! Our waitress, Mercedes, was attentive the entire time. Had a great dinner and time.

I want to start off with all the good thingsThe food is better, the music is really a nice touch, and usually the service is excellent but the last two times ive come in i got an elderly lady. Please don't think this is about her age. My husband, my son and i got our drinks delivered and then waited for about twenty minutes for her to even remember she had a table. Once she put our order in she didnt come back until the food was ready. We simply asked if she could refill our drinks and she literally rolled her eyes and seemed to be very annoyed with us for asking for a very little thing. When my son asked for parmesan we received the same thing. I dont feel like we were asking for to much and we all felt uncomfortable asking her for anything again. We literally had to ask the other server three times for service and she did it with a smile and made us feel more welcome than our server did, brought us boxes and was very sweet to us. She told us about the amazing owners and how proud she was to work for them. Its always nice to here an employee talk so highly about their boss. I wanted to share my experience with our server in hopes it brings a change because this really is a lovely restaurant that we want it to do well. I just hope we don't get her next time

Went to lunch yesterday. Server very good. Overworked. Lasagne very good. My gripe is the minestrone. Soup bowl consisted of broth only.had 3 beans and that was it. 4 of us . Was served 3 bowls with the 4 th coming. The 4 th bowl consisted ingredients that you would normally expect. Lots of veggies etc. Someone in prep blew it. Won't recommend it
