Every time I come here, my order continues to be messed up. Even when it’s an allergy and I specifically mention it on top of taking it off on the mobile order. I ordered delivery from here and none of my food ever arrived and I still haven’t gotten a refund and it’s been over a month. Again, I ordered food for pickup tonight and my food was incorrect, leaving me with no food item to eat while my family eats next to me. Overall, very disappointed with the service and quality of food coming from this restaurant.

Messed up my order yet again. Staff extremely rude and condescending when asked to correct their mistake yet again. Food burnt because staff is out back smoking bong hits yet again. We rarely eat fast food anymore, simply because it's become so expensive. The same is true for Taco Bell. This particular restaurant recently went through a remodel and it looks great. The inside is kept clean and the staff is always super friendly. It must have a good management team.

Made my food wrong, live out of town. Told them they out lettuce on my no letruce tacos being one of the only thing i ordered. And told me i can come back and get a replacement. I wanted a refund and they kept playing dumb terrible service terrible workers. And i work in fast food ?
