Awesome organic fair trade coffee beans!
Exceptional customer service and 2 great guys. It was awesome to see where our favorite coffee is roasted. Thank you for your time
Edit: Good Co2 production so it must be fresh but the optics are still not what I would expect.
After a week of V60 pour overs with Wicked Wake Up! I have concluded that the best by date is one year after roasting. Rest appropriately for your chosen roast level.
