This place is an amazing hole in the wall and I don't understand how this is not a franchise by now. I'm sorry that my schedule only permits me to come here 1hr before they close, catching the staff while they're cleaning (place smelled like disinfectant when eating) but I'm glad to have tried this place. It's not bad. MUCH better broth than their other El Monte location on Valley Blvd. --The other Valley Blvd location in Alhambra is closed.Food came out quick: Within 5 minutes of ordering. Friendly staff and service, nice area to sit and eat. Food came very slowly. Got a combo plate to try some of their rice cakes. They were decent but I think I’d get something else next time. Okay prices for the portions, good for a pick me up.
