ordered the steak breakfast burrito about a week ago , it was disgusting threw it away it was so bad the meat was for sure bad and the eggs looked kind of brown , keep in mind i work around the corner from this place and ive been ordering this for quite a while , since the resteraunt has changed it hours and the $20 minimum wage kicked in the quality has also dropped considerable , sorry Carls i guess ill buy my breakfast at the store or fix it my self from now on , AND i had to pay $10 for it !!!!

Customer service was ok. Not very helpful or friendly. It seemed more like, let's keep this line moving along. The food good, I had the Big Carl combo, the tasty was delicious. The establishment itself is clean, there were about 25 tables inside and 5 outside. Also, there is a drive thru for anyone's convenience.

Came here a couple weeks ago and they forgot my chicken nuggets. Came back today and told them and they made it right and gave me my nuggets no questions asked. The cashier at the drive thru was really nice and friendly. Would recommend if you want your junk food fix

I wanted to share the great experience and awesome service I received tonight. Juan was very accommodating and very well spoken. I had a very specific order due to a specific diet my wife is on. I'm very pleased with the outcome, thanks to Juan at the drive thru and the cook whose name I wish I should have asked for. Food was great, and was even packaged neatly and thought out. I have been going to this location since 1995 and for reasons like tonight, I will continue my business here. Thank you, Juan and the cook who made my experience exceptional.
