I started coming back to Carls Jr in South El Monte a few months ago. And I see the food has gotten a lot better . There are two people that have waited on me there that are so kind and respectful and patient not rushing you thru your order . Giving me options . I don’t know the young man’s name but he works at night but today I asked the woman in the drive thru her name because she was just great and kind her name is Leslie and I wanted to say Thank you for making my drive thru experience a good one not one I am mad about! Your time was much appreciated! … I feel people should tip the people that are courteous and show they like there job ..The Manager here at this Carls Jr has always treated me very kind also. Thank you again Leslie for your kindness and being courteous …
