So you’ve made a healthy, organic Imperial Organic pu’erh tea. Then why do you have to individually wrap each bag in some sort of plastic laminate packaging? Bad for me. Bad for the environment. I like the taste but won’t buy again….until you go the distance and change your packaging. It’s 2024. Get on board please. Then I’ll give you a much higher rating

I've recently purchased a box to try and have been impressed with the quality. I must have purchased a box that had quality control issues because I found an empty bag within the first two bags I pulled from the box. I contacted uncle lees and they went beyond my expectations and sent me two free boxes of tea! Well done!

Just bought "Organic White Tea" from a local herb store and I feel scammed. It does not taste anything like white tea and when I opened up the tea bag to examine, it didn't smell or look like white tea. To be frank, I'm not even sure what kind of tea it as the quality was so bad I could not tell. Please have integrity and hold the highest standard for your products. Will not buy anything from your company again as I don't believe in your products.

Lovely package but worse of all the teas I have ever had. I even added a second bag to my cup but still was not worth my sips. Just wondering , who would actually give a five star rating on this Right to the trash.
