Sheeesh man!! Employees just don't have any welcoming service. If you're not happy at your damn job, find something else. I prefer a Kiosk to place my order than to deal with the people that work here. Energy is off, just the overall experience is sub par.
I understand you guys are busy on weekends but please don't undercook the pizza and when you come to the phone don't just put us on hold without letting us know we're being put on hold, is very upsetting. I know you guys could do better.

I love dominos really but this location on tweedy is always burning food I ordered food adding up to nearly $100 dollars so I called in right after I ordered online and I asked politely, "CAN YOU PLEASE MAKE SURE MY ORDER IS CORRECT AND PLEASE DO NOT BURN MY FOOD", DUE TO NUMEROUS OCCASIONS OF DOMINOS BURNING MY FOOD. SO THEY DELIVERED MY FOOD AND THEY DID THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT I ASKED THEY BROUGHT MY FAMILY AND I BURNT FOOD REALLY NOT APPETISING ALMOST $100 WORTH OF FOOD AND THEY CAN NOT GET MY ORDER RIGHT. SO I CALLED DOMINOS TO LET THEM NOT AND THE MANAGER JUST ARGUED ME DOWN SAYING HE CHECKED MY ORDERED AND IT WAS OK, THEN I TOLD HIM CUSTOMERS ALWAYS RIGHT SO YOU GONE TELL ME THAT I HAVE TO ACCEPT THIS ISH I THINK NOT NO NOT MY HARD EARNED MONEY IF I HAD A FOOD BUSINESS AND A CUSTOMER IS DISSATISFIED I WOULD NEVER CHALLENGE THEM AND TELL THEM WELL I CHECKED AND THE FOOD IS NOT BURNT AND MAKE A PERSON ACCEPT BURNT FOOD THATS INTIMIDATING SO NOW ITS BEEN A HOUR SINCE I RECEIVED MY FOOD TO GET A REFUND THE GUY SAYS IT TAKES DAYS FOR REFUND BUT I PAYED CASH SO IM STILL WAITING FOR DOMINOS TO PULL UP WITH MY REFUND IDK ITS TAKING LONG WHEN THEY WERE IN A RUSH TO DELIVER MY FOOD THAT TURNED OUT BURNT. IF THEY SALAD WASNT ALREADY PREPACKAGED THEY PROBABLY WOULD HAVE BURNT THAT TOO DONT COME HERE. So the time is 4:21 pm I made an order at 11:20am they messed up my order dominos stated they will give me refund and I haven't gotten my refund yet I have been calling but they keep dismissing me without getting my address my baby is hungry due to me having to wait for dominos to pull up they never showed up IDK what to do but to report this to headquarters.

Horrible service by the employees and the managers, whoever called me last time didn't put it "correctly" that i had two free pizzas so when i called to redeem them the person said i had already redeemed them, i kept saying i had not and when i gave them the date of when they called me she said it said i had ordered two napkins, total chaos at this place and by the looks at these reviews im not d only one with these same issues. Thanks domino's keep up the horrible work.

My first time visiting this place, their service was great, fast and accurate . Thank you.! Also wanted to hand them a tip but I did not see a jar ? please give them a raise ☺️ thank you Dominos for hiring those who make you want to come back!!

The employees do not wear gloves while preparing the food. One of the pizza makers finished preparing and assisted a customer who paid with cash he went back to preparing another pizza without washing his hands or wearing gloves. Also I placed an online order and ordered a thin crust pizza and specially asked that it be pie cut and not square cut due to the ocd that the person who the pizza was ordered for has. I even called and explicitly explained my request to the woman who answered the phone. She said "No problem I will make sure that is as you requested " when I arrived to pick it up it was square cut. I had to wait an additional 8 minutes for a new pizza. I was just dissatisfied and annoyed after a very long & hectic day at the office

“People are always trying to play me” is what a staff member stated when the initials in the screen were exactly like mine. Yes our orders were mixed up but there’s no need to make a statement like that for a simple mistake. Little girl at the front desk working the afternoon shift on 7/13 3pm. Decided to hang up too.

Their products are getting more expensive than ever. I believe $25 to $30 dollars for a pizza is outrageous. They charge for delivery service and in personal consideration you have to tip the delivery person. Over $35 dollars for a pizza is ridiculous.
