I’ve had my eye on this place for over a year and finally open in October 2023! They gave us a tour and demonstration of the whole brewery! They give free tasters upon request to see which craft beer you’d like more. The craft beers are very smooth with their own unique flavors. There is a big emphasis on quality food and drinks.
I came here on a Monday night and the second I walked in with my partner, the gentleman behind the bar greeted us with a smile and explained their menu and their chef's special for the day. We ordered the chefs special which was 3 taquitos alongside wings, ceviche, and a chicken sandwich. Every dish was made fresh and I absolutely love the clear glass window through the kitchen. Cool new brewery here in South Gate, I tried the Mexican lager, the amber and the Saison. All were tasty and smooth. I need to try the food, fish taco and ribeye tacos are amazing and next time I’ll the smash burger.
