What happened with ordering your sandwiches with a live person adding the ingredients you choose? Now you have to order through a kiosk that doesn't understand what you're ordering? Ridiculous! And when you ask for help, they just look at you! No help provided!
I usually go there in the morning before the lunch rush. The staff is always friendly, and the service is quick and efficient\\.
