I’ve had boba from plenty of places, and honestly the drink here tastes the same as anywhere else. But the customer service… that’s where everything fell apart.
I went on Sunday with my kids after a Target run. My teen stayed in the car with the baby while I ran in. There was a couple ahead of me struggling with their order, clearly confused, and not a single employee bothered to help them.
