DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE******* If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service. All or most employees have a bad attitude towards customers. There was a hair in our ice cream and when we told them they did nothing. Didn’t show empathy or apologize or no refund. Just rushed us while ordering and paying, and there wasn’t even a long line. On top of that they are super expensive it’s crazy and sometimes their chips are stale do not recommend. Their employees are rude and lazy. They once told my sister you’re going to make me use the machine again after I cleaned it and it was midday and we were a paying customer. So instead of making my sister the raspado for my sister she complained that she had just cleaned it and didn’t want to make it for her. So my sister left because that was terrible customer service. They are very rude here and don’t treat you right. Very rude, very expensive, and the food is overrated.*** DONT COME HERE, there are other ice cream or dessert spots that are better. Not this one.

Food is very good but one of the managers with grey hair and glasses has very bad customer service. Cant handle a situation professionally, why work in customer service if you are rude to your customers. Everyone thats works here is RUDE!

They had a great variety of options and all the ingredients and needed fruits for my biónico and fruit cocktail. Ladies were friendly some other locations lack that.

The dragon fruit ice cream is SO GOOD. YOU HAVE TO TRY IT!!

one of the workers here were really rude when i was trying to ask for help. she rolled her eyes and walked away. what’s the point of working in customer service if you’re not going to help customers.

I went yesterday i order the fresas con crema and the crema was really watery its like milk with sugar.. it was gross dont reccomend

Don't order from them using Uber Eats. On two occasions they have sent completely different items from what I ordered. Also, when ordering a bionico I received it without any strawberries which is described in the picture as being part of the bionico.

HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES MOM LEFT HER PHONE HERE ALL LOCATIONS TRACKED IT THERE LIVE AND THE EMPLOYEES WOULDNT GIVE IT UP TILL THEY WERE TOLD COPS WERE COMING, DONT know how the owner can hire employees like this disgusting
