I’ve had boba from plenty of places, and honestly the drink here tastes the same as anywhere else. But the customer service… that’s where everything fell apart.
I went on Sunday with my kids after a Target run. My teen stayed in the car with the baby while I ran in. There was a couple ahead of me struggling with their order, clearly confused, and not a single employee bothered to help them. This place how it works I got to order 4 boba. And a girl still asleep who told me to read 10 more minutes
It was extremely busy, but that's not the point. As a fast food worker, I understand the rush. All I saw were extremely hard working young adults trying to get through orders fast as possible.
