This is one big location, also a busy one depending on the weather outside. On a hot day, lines are long. The selection of frozen treats (and some not frozen ones) is very intensive. I use their earn points system with my phone number and have scored some great treats for free. One suggestion to management is to maybe hire a couple more people to handle volume on busy hot days. I love all the flavors of ice cream they have not to mention the variety of all the other snacks. I dislike one of the managers who is very rude. She seems bothered by the amount of people who go there and makes faces. Then when there's 30 minutes left before closing, she starts cleaning the tables an tells customers that they're about to close so people can start leaving. Close time on the door states 11pm but she wants to be out by 11

The place is very clean. Today I went for a yogurt and several popsicles and they served me very well. The prices are a little exaggerated compared to the other stores in Michoacan that have the most affordable prices, but everything they sell is very good. It is not the For the first time, whenever I have time, I go to take palettes, use the points they give when purchasing and pay half price
