Line has gotten better. It seems this isn’t the training center anymore. But baristas should know what common drinks are that aren’t on the menu. If you don’t know what an Arnold Palmer is, you need to study more. It’s not about clout that you work there and know nothing.

I really like Starbucks but in 2023 the truth is very bad service you have to wait more than 20 min. in drive-true and inside the store to pick up a drink that is made in the application... I thought that starting in 2024 I would change the service but it stays the same... it's really a disappointment ?

By far the the worst Starbucks in this area. Drive thru takes a minimum of 20 to 30 minutes or more. Even ordering for pickup in person is terrible. As customers, we should not need to order our drinks 30 minutes in advance or be prepared to wait in a 30-minute drive thru. I know they can do better because the Starbucks on Hildreth and Firestone is always quick and diligent. Also, Starbucks on Atlantic and Imperial does much better, which only confirms that better work can be done.

Shut Up Bums

These people took 1 hour to give 2 drinks and gave no receipt . I asked several times to give me only two stupid drinks and still nothing .Now that I want a refund they do not want to give me my money back . Horrible place and horrible workers . Do

Was waiting in the drive through far too long line didn't move so I parked. Went in ordered simple hot cofee. With room full of agitando people waiting for their drink. Then noticed the cashier did not have a pleaseant attitude. Then to be waiting and waiting still nothing asked for refund. They concentrate on drive through but yet drive through doesn't move go in and it's worse wait.. horrible experience will never come back to this location
