Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has a driver thru that is fast despite mobile orders. The iced coffee was too sweet with too much sugar, and the customer service was bad. A pup received a great size cup, and the staff was super friendly, but they were out of petite vanilla scones. The experience is excellent, with staff treating customers with kindness and helpfulness. However, the atmosphere does not seem very welcoming, and the seats are uncomfortable, so nothing about it makes customers want to spend time there. Everything else is fine.
