I usually order ahead but the atmosphere doesn't seem very welcoming. Nothing about it makes me want to spend time there. Possibly because the seats are uncomfortable. Everything else is fine. ?

Line has gotten better. It seems this isn’t the training center anymore. But baristas should know what common drinks are that aren’t on the menu. If you don’t know what an Arnold Palmer is, you need to study more. It’s not about clout that you work there and know nothing.
