“I want to thank the young man that made our sandwiches. From the moment we walked in, Jose greeted us in a cheerful and energetic tone. Made us believe we were welcomed at subway. Every employee, with the exception of this young, sounds like they hate greeting customers and are being forced to say it. You can practically hear the eye rolling in their tone. Subway training staff work on that or don't force your employees to say it. They'd be better off jyst not saying anything. This is not just this location. This is everywhere!“
