I normally don’t leave reviews, But today was just too frustrating not to. I placed a mobile order and walked in and politely said hi to Lulu. She was filling out the temperature logs for the vegetables. I told her I had placed a mobile order and she printed out The order And went back to filling out the vegetable logs for about another five minutes. She then proceeded to make the order very carelessly and did not bother following any of the instructions that were listed on the order.

When one of her clients entered she began gossiping about two other coworkers talking about Poorly they work. She then got distracted with the conversation and forgot to place condiments and seasonings onto my sandwich. Lulu can be very careless and rude and her customer service will drive away customers.

On 5-15-25, my coworker and I stopped at your establishment to eat lunch during our workday. We are field technicians and often do not have regular access to restrooms while working. We ordered our food without issue, and the staff initially seemed polite. We spent over $40 and sat down to dine inside the restaurant.

However, when my coworker attempted to use the restroom, he was denied access without any explanation. One staff member asked another if he could use it, and the response was simply, “No,” with no further reasoning provided.

Given that we were paying customers dining in, it was disappointing and frustrating to be refused basic restroom access. This experience left a negative impression and prompted me to write this complaint. I hope this issue can be addressed to prevent similar situations for future customers.

Walking Wake

At 3pm on 8/27/24 an incident with the app caused me to get charged but for the store not to get the order. Rather than just making a five dollar sandwich and letting me continue my day they made a scene, making me waste 20 minutes, and ended up having me call the bank. None of the women were wearing name tags but the two older ones were rude

Very bad service, the two girls who serve there are rude and have a bad attitude, they serve you. I went today and they told me that I could not enter because of the wet floor and that I had to wait 10 minutes before that, the oven did not work and before that the same girl who He said he couldn't come in, he didn't have vegetables to put, so it's either you want it and if you don't, leave, but in a bad way, a zero for customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would. A Male server ignored me for 30 minutes, helping other customers that came after me! After no customers were there he then went into the kitchen for a few minutes to ignore me again, finally came out and helped me with such an attitude! Also when i first went in they were cleaning everything so I asked “are you open” he ignored me, took a few minutes to respond and said “you see the sign outside saying “open” don’t you?” This happened at 7 pm November 6th 2023. This better get corrected before I contact HR.

On 2 occasions I have been to this establishment. The oven does not work to heat the bread nor the machine to cut the meat. I ordered 3 tuna sandwiches and one ham sandwich and they gave me 4 tuna sandwiches. They should take the trouble to say that they do not work. Before ordering, the machines inform you when they are already preparing things, but they prepare it as you choose, not as you request, very bad service.

Bad service, we consume. 6 people food. And they didn't let my 5 year old daughter use the bathroom. I don't recommend this place. Bad service and bad faces, this place should be sued for not letting people who consume there use the bathroom
