The Pan is a restaurant with delicious food and great service. Servers are amazing, attentive, professional, courteous and accommodating to dietary needs. The hostess is friendly, patient and sweet. The environment is great, the bathrooms are super clean, and it is a very well run restaurant. The food is honestly out of this world, with good quality and good portion sizes. Meals mentioned include chilaquiles verdes, Lupe’s Chilaquiles with steak and eggs, Chile verde pork chilaquiles, loaded hash brown, rice and beans, and an egg on top. Seating for large parties is available, but parking is limited for the size of the plaza, tables could be bigger and more spaced out, and the orange juice tasted awful.
