I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent visit to your Applebee's location. As a frequent patron of Applebee's, I have always enjoyed the consistency and quality of your food across various locations. However, my experience at your establishment was anything but satisfactory.First and foremost, the food quality was severely lacking. The chicken dish I ordered was poorly cooked and tasted bland, a stark contrast to the delicious meals I have enjoyed at other Applebee's locations. It was evident that attention to detail and culinary standards were sorely lacking in the kitchen.Furthermore, the service provided by your staff was abysmal. Our waiter displayed a blatant lack of interest in serving us and was exceptionally rude throughout the duration of our meal. It was disheartening to see such disregard for basic hospitality and customer service.To make matters worse, it was my father's birthday celebration, and the overall experience left much to be desired. The staff barely acknowledged the occasion and failed to provide even the most basic level of attentiveness.As a loyal customer, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of quality and professionalism exhibited by your establishment. I hope that you take this feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to improve the overall dining experience at your Applebee's location.

The food was so bad the chicken had so much rubber in it spend over 211$ for food yesterday on my dads birthday not only was the food poorly made no one enjoyed anything except the desserts which we got two orders of the mini donuts and the triple chocolate cake. This was truly so sad to waste so much money on poorly cooked salmon, and rubbery chicken the Alfredo pasta had no flavor and they barely put any sauce.Not to mention the service was horrible the waiter seemed to not want to help us and barely came to check on the table we had to wait over 20 minutes for forks this was absurd. Might as well try some local Lake Tahoe cuisines it would be more worth your money.

They were out of a few items and it was 6 pm on a Saturday. We had to ask for things,like sweetener for iced tea, several times. The food was too salty.Vegetarian options: Not a good place for vegans or vegetariansParking: Parking lot is small and oddly shapedKid-friendliness: They have a kids menu and the restaurant is loud so kids are not a distractionWheelchair accessibility: It is all flat from the parking lot to the entrance

Our waitress was the BEST! The food was delicious, great atmosphere, and the service was phenomenal. Save some money, if you're at one of the casino hotels, and eat here.
I just love Applebee's, great menu, reasonable prices, friendly service. Now that Denny's is gone Applebee's gets my business. Just wish I lived closer.
The food at this Applebee's was very good! It came out hot and full of flavor. The only downside was our drinks, they came halfway through our meal.

Worst food I have ever had in my 5 years in California. The rib (look at the photo, you call that rib?) is extremely thin, full of bones, and cold. And adding three dollars only get that small cup of coleslaw? Ridiculous. The rest of food are all below the average of frozen foods you can buy at any grocery store. The rib is below my anticipation of the worst rib I can imagine.
