I had a great stay over the weekend. A bit expensive, but clean and well located. Claudiu at reception gave me a good deal and was very accommodating!

Fantastic place to stay! Very close to the main gondola. Rooms, more specifically the shower could have used some repairs. Overall it is a great place to stay because of the location and better than the casinos.

Nice hotel in an ultimate prime location. Pick a sport or an activity and it's all here. Skiing, boating, biking, hiking, back country, concerts, casinos, restaurants, shopping. Its all here. Its an older motel that has been nicely remodeled. I had to come down to 4 stars because they could use a little more upkeep and maintenance. But not bad at all. The need was comfortable, rooms clean and plenty of hot water.

Walkability: Walk to everything.

It’s a pretty average for a budget hotel, but for 300/night I was expecting a little more.

The room felt tired (shower drain was loose, room was clean, but not by hotel standards, the soap labels in the shower had been peeked off. the heater stopped working, the bed sagged) and it was awfully loud - especially the foot’s steps of the guests above us.

If you don't want to risk not being able to sleep, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. We stayed 2 nights and each night was a nightmare to be able to sleep comfortably, at least if you get a room on the 1st floor. You can hear EVERY little thing outside your room, the conversations of the people in the room above, and every time they walked around or flushed the toilet. The space heater in the room is also incredibly noisy. Lastly, the water heater of our room was also terrible. It could not regulate temperature properly - it was either boiling or freezing, so showering was a nightmare as well. On a positive note, staff is nice and location is very convenient. There is an onsite coffee shop and brewery. The coffee was good but the food was just okay, not particularly great. Unfortunately the brewery was closed during the weekend we stayed so we were unable to try it.

Not great apre. Cold and quiet. Maybe crowd comes later. No parking. Long walk from gondola

Our room turned into a furnace! There was no way to lower the heater setting. The people at the reception didn’t seem to be surprised when we reported this in the morning which makes me wonder that they were aware of this but still gave us the room. Didn’t get any sleep.

We booked a family room, which had a combo of two bunker beds, queen-size. It was good enough for 5 of us, they had coffee making facilities, heaters etc., which made our stay comfortable. The location is superb, just 5 minutes walk to Casinos and 10 minutes walk to shopping arena. Check-in and checkout were breeze. The only downside was 11 am checkout, amd they follow it up very strictly.

The location was convenient, with easy access to the Heavenly Gondola and South Shore shops. The room was small but clean. However, the closet was cramped, and its opening was blocked by a large fan. There were no dresser drawers, which made it difficult to store clothing. A hot water kettle was provided for pour-over coffee, but no tea or hot chocolate were available in the room or office. Additionally, the kettle wasn’t plugged in due to limited outlets on the provided power strip, so I had to unplug either the TV or the DirectTV cable box to brew my coffee.

There was no designated space to store skis in the room. The jacuzzi near the bar was a nice touch, but it was accessible to anyone, as there was no key card required and the door could easily be unhooked. The rooftop jacuzzi was not operational during my stay. On a positive note, the breakfast in the main lobby was delicious and reasonably priced.

Quite poor service. We stayed for two nights and the body shower gel ran out. I hope they check the level regularly for a good experience.

Mediocre at best: If you need an EV charger or Wi-Fi, this is not the place for you.

Well, I knew I wasn't getting a luxury resort, but based on the comments I thought I'd give it a try due to location. More cons than good:

Pros:
1. Location. Amazing and a block from the "strip"
2. Outdoor space: Lots of it, very social and bands all the time, if you like that (I don't, but will give it a pro because that's really the attraction. Nice ambiance and unique overall.
3. Very pet friendly. Pets are cheap and space for them to roam.

Cons:
1. Had a pet room. Didn't get the king bed I was expecting, but so goes life. However ants decided to nest in my dog's bowl. Nice.
2. Wifi is absolutely horrible. When I say absolutely horrible, I mean if you plan on connecting for any reason, go somewhere else because it won't work here. I am a real estate agent and had to work while I was here, and to try and get anything is very much a challenge--even next to the lobby.
3. If you have an EV, do not stay here. They let anyone park in the EV charging areas. Case in point:

On my last day and night I was trying to get access to the charger for my trip to SoCal. It was taken up all day by a non-EV Kia and a non-EV Explorer. When I went to the front desk a little before 10pm to complain, he said "well, they are guests", and I asked if he could call them or tow them since they should have passes. He said "well, I"m about to close". Really? He then had the gall to state that had I "reserved" the spots then it would not be a problem, because it was busy. LOL--at what time was I told that? And the fact that these two cars were literally parked there since 11am with other spots open throughout the day told me that he could care less. He made up the reservation issue completely so he could go home. I called him on this lie, and he simply looked down at his desk and didn't say anything.

So, even if you don't have an EV, I would say that the attitude and accountability should make you want to stay elsewhere. I stayed here specifically for the EV (slow/all night) charging, and--obviously it's an attraction for guests, not something they really mean to offer.

For over $300/night, I will be taking my business (and recommend you do too) elsewhere. I wouldn't pay $125/night here; I would have had (and have had) better service at a Best Western.

Cutest motel ever, with a little coffee shop and restraunt. The night we stayed they had live music on the other side and we had an absolute blast. It's quite the little gem!

This place is so nice and worth the price. Maddie was at the desk and she was so awesome. Despite system issues that were keeping them from creating the room cards she made sure we got into our room and found us a room to check in early. She is great and they are so lucky to have her. I will definitely be back here and tell all of my friends and family about it.

Always a great time. Food could be more diverse though. But no big deal.
