Amazing place. Huge public area in the back with a pool, fire pits, and I believe a bar. Room's were comfortable and warm. 5 stars.

Very friendly staff. Stayed for 2 nights. We liked the location, very close to everything. The rooms were nicely decorated. They have a brewery that offers a lot of variety of beers. Their food is also good.

Maddie with an I-E was the most professional and courteous host I've ever had the pleasure to interact with. Rachel was also an A+ example of what you would hope to see in a hotel receptionist. I hope my sons are lucky enough to marry women as amazing as Maddie and Rachel. The hotel is amazing, and location couldn't be better. There are multiple hot tubs, a coffee bar, and brewery. You couldn't imagine a better place to say. I love this place.

Came to Tahoe for a small vacation and decided to try a new hotel and I do not regret! The staff was wonderful and Alexiah was incredibly helpful and made our experience so much better. I would entirely recommend for anyone considering this hotel!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a disappointing experience. The room had a leaking shower faucet, which made a constant dripping noise. Additionally, the heater was very noisy, making it hard to sleep. The room also had cleanliness issues, including stains on the carpet and, most concerning, I saw a cockroach. Overall, not a pleasant stay.

Stayed here twice, it’s pretty mid. The bottom rooms are extremely dark and you can’t open the windows without having no privacy. The second time we accidentally got a room with two beds and they wouldn’t switch us to a single bed room. The latte from the cafe was undrinkable. The hot tub is nice and the lord of the rings millennial aesthetic is an attempt at something cute, but I won’t be returning for a third visit.

The room I stayed in was not cleaned properly, including the bedding which was not changed.I wanted to like it because I've had a good experience at Basecamp Boulder, but we found foreign hairs on the bedsheets and pillowcases. There were also used disposable contact lenses stuck on the bedside table. Additionally, the walls are paper thin, which magnified the sound from the 2 dogs from a neighboring room that barked constantly when their owners were not there.

Parking is free but it can sometimes take a while to find an available space. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed and nice balcony area and the cleanliness of the room was to a good standard. The hotel itself is quite sociable as they have live music/games in the outdoor communal area. The location is great, right on the stateline so in the evenings you can enjoy the nightlife that Nevada has to offer. There is also a cafe onsite which we had breakfast at both mornings, the food was really good and we found the staff really personable and helpful however we found the man who checked us in didn't give us the warmest of welcomes. There are two hot tubs and we went in the upstairs one which was lovely. Unfortunately we had a really bad nights sleep on our first night as the guests staying above us were making so much noise and having a loud argument. The floorboards are so creaky at this hotel and walls really thin so there is no guaranteed good nights sleep. I would suggest requesting a room on the top floor to avoid this. We requested a room change but this was not accommodated however the hotel manager kindly refunded us half our first night stay total to compensate for the issue.Overall it is a nice hotel but we probably wouldn't rush back.

Cool converted motel in to a backpacker vibe. Obnoxious music plays in the parking lot outside your room from 8am to 10pm. Front desk people ignored our request to turn off the music at 9pm so we could get some sleep. Said "I don't make the policy". Whoever manages this place should hire some people who respect the customer. At first we thought this place was cool, but now we will never stay here again, and will tell everyone we know to avoid this place.

We were impressed with how clean our room was. The person at front desk was also very friendly. Also, they have an amazing hot tub outside. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would stay here with our family in the future as well.

Great Hotel, Rooms are nice. The service was amazing and the s'mores kits are great for the outside fireplaces, also like that this place is damn near everything, casinos to shops to many great restaurants.

Twice I've been here and they are closed when their online hours say open. I've been here in the past and it has been a fun place, but frustrating that their hours are inconsistent and wrongly advertised.
