Beach Hut Deli

After reading all reviews, I walked in and walked out! The place is so filthy, employees never wash hands and yes I watched your sink you say is there. There is no soap and no towels there and never used. Dog hair everywhere and smells like my sons collage dorm room yes feet. How many people have been violently ill there 1000's and how many dead ? . Do not go and if you do, that feeling 2-4 hours after, is not a 24 hr flu.

Lucky me! My car died next door to this place! Great food and service. Love the Surfer atmosphere. Lots of beer on tap too. My deli sandwich was excellent as was the salad. Wish I had one of these where I live!

We came in at 11:30 on a Saturday. There were 8 of us cyclists. We had ridden south from Tahoe City. We were hungry and needed fuel. The sandwiches are fresh and tasty and superbly constructed. The "Regular" is quite large. I could have ordered a "Small". I would ride 35 miles just to enjoy the "Surfin' Bird" sandwich.

Love this spot! Great customer service and even better yet great food. Great spot to stop by and grab a sandwich!

A tall tattooed woman is the most evil-hearted, most callous, most cruel human-looking being I have ever seen in my life, especially to the dashers who came to the restaurant 2. she acts like a class person, looks contemptuous, as if she thinks she's a god.i don't understand how the owner of the business employs such a person here

We ordered from here 2x during our month stay and the staff here are extremely slow. We ordered on ubereats but only had 3 sandwiches and each time we had to wait 15 to +30minutes after we arrive to have our sandwiches maded. The last visit was today on August 17th, and it's been more than 30 minutes and still no order. 2 doordashers were there with a small order as well and after waiting 45mins gave up.Please don't come here if you want to get in and out. Workers were not nice about the wait either, on the border rude.Management should review their operations if they want to keep their customers.Will not be coming back to this location.

The sandwiches are delicious and Kylie the owner is amazing! We were greated with not only friendly smiles, but happy tail wags from her two dogs! We are not from the area but we will be coming back up and make this our go to lunch spot! Thank you Kylie!

Horrible. Took 30 minutes for our sandwich when there was 2 people in the store and the 3 employees were on their phones. Never going back.

The worst customer service in Tahoe. With less than $20 you can make way better sandwiches at home. The girls do not like their job and always appear to be hungover.. DO NOT GO HERE!

Came 30 minutes after my online order was supposed to be ready and still had to wait. Store has very questionable hygiene practices by employees. Chewing gum and eating as they stand there making sandwiches, dogs running around and barking. Do not recommend.

I visited the Beach Hut Deli twice while in town for a work trip. It was so good we went back two days in a row. To those posting negative reviews about wait times, consider having a bit of empathy. From what I’ve heard about this area, it’s hard to get employees to consistently show up for work. The manager on duty hasn’t had a day off in two months. Just because the restaurant doesn’t look “busy” doesn’t mean they aren’t also slammed with call in and catering orders. The manager handled rude customers with calm and grace and kept moving under pressure. The sandwiches were worth the wait.

thin slender woman with glasses and tattoo you are so bad, I have never seen such a bad staff in my life she prepares orders very slowly she talks a lot and is very disrespectful, she treats people badly especially to the Dashers who come to the restaurant in front of my eyes second class, humiliating and has an insulting behavior.
