Holy grail of the best grill in the area! Gotta make time to get this flavor of Tahoe! Jamie was the best server, we let her make suggestions and it was an awesome experience. We had an omelette and a stack of pancakes and home fries with crispy bacon. Nothing was left on the plate! It’s where the locals eat too!

We love Bert’s! Great little brunch diner! The staff have always been so amazing to us. I ordered the biscuits and gravy (added side of bacon) and it was fabulous. Sadly Pepsi products only but otherwise all good! Highly recommended

Best biscuits and sausage gravy ever. Try the Cowboys breakfast if you are hungry! Wow, excellent. Good coffee, great service. There is a good reason for the line out the door. Highly recommended!

We were in South Lake for a whole week, unfortunately, before we discovered this little gem. We enjoyed a great breakfast of chicken fried steak and eggs benedict, every part wonderful, even the toast was exceptional! The wait staff was great, super helpful and friendly. The ambiance exudes high mountain local hospitality. I will come back for sure, and highly recommend to everybody.
