Blue Dog Pizza | Tahoe Stateline

Looking for a place to have a pizza ended up at the Blue Dog. What a great find! The pizza was fresh and perfectly cooked. The wings and garlic bread are recommended as well! Super friendly servers and over all laid back atmosphere makes it 5 out of 5.

Wow! I’ve been wanting to go to this place for sometime. Missed it last time as it was closed. Today says close at 10:00 on my pick up no delivery . So I call up. Offers small or large. Ok Large.
People and Mush. Ok
I show up. Nobody in the house. Ok
Grab a soda ( soda is bad for you ) and my test for all pizzeria a is if they include or at least ask us if we want Parmesan! And this place failed miserably. I had to ask and yes after manually entering tip which I didn’t have to because it is a for to go item but yet restaurants still put a tip option even worse the driver through a are now asking for tips. ( tips were for Superb customer service and even with that is still optional) why do people feel they need a tip. If the job doesn’t pay enough don’t do it!!! Anyhow the pizza sucked. Check the pictures you can see for yourself. And I’m a very easy going hard to disappoint customer. Nope never again. I’ll make my own for 5 times cheaper with organic ingredients and a full bottle of Parmesan

Came in for a late night quick bite to eat after just getting into Tahoe. Service was great The food was good. After having a quick chat with the gentleman that service he gave us a quick idea of a couple things to do in Tahoe as we've never been here. I would return.

Good tasty pizza. Had sausage, Hawaiian, and a combo. All were flavorful with crispy crust. They forgot to deliver our salad before the pizza, so we had them cancel it. A few beers on tap and more in bottles.

This is the kind of place I think of when someone say the words "pizza parlor." Very classic pizza parlor look inside. Good atmosphere and good service, and the pizza was delicious. I was really happy with our meal here. I would definitely eat here again if I'm in Lake Tahoe in the future.

OMG Ivan and Danny are THE BEST. My friend and I laughed from start to finish. Although we didn't eat, the food looked and smelled delicious. Thanks you two!!!!

First, I would like to start off by saying that I am an extremely picky person. I can be harsh when it comes to being honest about my opinions. I was really impressed by the pizza here at Blue Dog Pizza, it wasn’t overly cooked and had the right amount of crunch a crust should have (: I really enjoyed their amber beer. The wait time wasn’t an issue for us, we understood that they had to prepare it and bake it. Even so our food was prepared in a timely manner. The staff was extremely attentive, making sure we had drinks, napkins, etc. Danny was the one who took our order and made our whole trip, our sons enjoyed talking to him. Very polite and friendly. Thank you Danny, you and your team are amazing. Can’t wait to make another 2 hour drive up to blue dog just for the pizza and beer (:

Not only is this the best ? in Tahoe, but the staff here are just AMAZING. They go above and beyond customer service. We come here every few years for vacation, and the one thing we talk about is Blue Dog! We can wait to get a peperoni pizza and a few brain grenades. Thank you, Blue Dog! See you tomorrow ?
