A hidden gem! Best breakfast in Tahoe. We loved the burritos and the sandwiches. Great for packing for excursions.

I am not a morning cook type of guy. I decided to get my breakfast at the CR store. It was excellent; the first morning, I had eggs, bacon, and ranch potatoes with wheat toast. The next morning, I had sausage instead of bacon. Opens at 8:00am.

Despite road closure the store was open andreasy for business, including the food area. We did not sample the food so I can't comment on that. The people were friendly and ready to serve.

I just bought hot cocoa. Place was kinda bare with product. It had the camping in the mountains feel to the inside.

5 Stars. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ My family and I just returned from a trip to Camp Richardson. We had such a great time. Beautiful this time of year. The staff was super accommodating, they went above and beyond to ensure we had a fabulous stay filled with so many memories! We will definitely be going back this summer.

Sometimes the best experiences in life happen unplanned. We stumbled across the general store while being out and about on a Sunday afternoon. We only wanted a hot chocolate with whip cream, but we also saw this beautiful homemade apple pie sitting in the pastry case.Buck, the manager admitted to making the pie himself, so we couldn’t resist trying it by their cute and warm fireplace in the store.Great service, home-like coziness and great food (the BLT was perfect also).Please put the Camp Richardson General store on your radar when you visit South Lake Tahoe!! We look forward to returning for our next winter treat…

Absolutely the best roast beef sandwich I have had in 25 years, just as it comes off the menu on sour dough! Grab a sandwich and head out for a picnic at the beach....

Rustic old build with store and Cafe. Good food with limited number of tables inside. Historic area. Hotel and cabins nextdoor. RV campground across hwy. Close to water of Lake Tahoe.

Enjoyed lunch on a Monday, fast service and great food. Staff was very friendly and will definitely come back.
