Very expensive. 20 dollars a burger. They dont list prices either so it hits your wallet after.

Great food, great service.

Chico's is my go-to spot for either their breakfast burrito with chorizo or their cheeseburger. The service is friendly, food is prepared fresh, prices are reasonable, and food is delicious. I have not tried their protein burritos like pollo, carne asada, or pastor, but that's definitely on my to-do list, as well as try their tacos. I highly recommend this locally owned business if you're in the mood for quality food and tasty burgers, burritos, and other similar items. Definitely way better than going to McDonald's or Taco Bell .... ha ha ha!
I LOVE CHICO'S

Simply amazing. Keep up the good work. Better than Ramsays or Wahlburgers. 5++++

Food is pricey. Everything is individually priced. We ordered for 6 people, mostly children, and the total came to be 107$. It would have been ok, but like I said, everything was individually priced. We ordered 3 drinks. They include only 1 free refill. After paying, i thought wow the food better be good for this price. It honestly didn't disappoint! The burgers were delicious, and my burrito 🌯 was perfect. The fries were my favorite. I would say quantiy for price could be better. The grilled cheese sandwich was so soft and delicious. Churros & ice cream for dessert šŸØ. Unless sitting outside in their one table, the sitting inside is not suitable for children in highchair. My baby was literally under the table. That made me sad. Parking is hard to find but it's because of the area, I'm sure. I would visit again. We are from out of town. From reading reviews people complain about the service but the owners were pleasant and I saw them greet everyone

If you’re heading out of Tahoe and in need of a solid breakfast, do yourself a favor and stop by this hidden gem. We were on our way back to Sacramento when we decided to hit up Starbucks, only to discover this spot serves breakfast too. I ordered the breakfast sandwich, and I’m not even exaggerating when I say it was hands down the best I’ve ever had. Seriously, I can’t think of a single way to improve it. The sandwich was perfection, from the freshly cracked egg to the surprisingly flavorful tomato—something I feel is hard to come by these days.

The service was top-notch as well. I walked in, was greeted immediately, and my order was in the works as soon as I paid. It’s always a good sign when you can see the cook crack the egg fresh over the skillet. Everything was clearly made with care, and I loved the fresh, high-quality ingredients.

The restaurant itself was super clean, cozy, and had a perfect Tahoe vibe—lots of wood and that rustic charm. I arrived around 9:30 AM, and the place had a welcoming, laid-back atmosphere. If you’re in town and craving an outstanding breakfast sandwich, don’t miss this spot. It’s definitely going to be a regular stop for me on my trips out of Tahoe!

Food quality has deteriorated tremendously. Wait times are abysmal- expect to wait at least 20 minutes or more for just about anything. Prices have skyrocketed in the last couple of years.

Best cheeseburger on the mountain and off the mountain.

I dont generally write reviews about meat, because im not usually a fan. But the al pastor tacos here were so amazing, we came here pretty much everyday during my 1 week stay at Tahoe. Theyre juicy, perfectly seasoned, and come with some delicious refreshing pineapple (i asked for extra pineapple and they added it free of charge!) and ofc onion/cilantro. The mango habanero salsa it comes with has a nice kick to it, but honestly the tacos are so tasty they dont need any salsa.

Very reasonably priced at $4 a taco. And the servers are super friendly.
