My wife and I showed up 10min before closing on a Saturday evening and they told us they were closing with no one else there. Lazy employee's. Not recommended!!!

We loved our experience there. The staff is very polite and helped us with our questions. We ordered Dubai chocolate ice cream and it tasted so good. But brownie points is for the helpful nature of the staff.
Staff with bad attitude, from entering and giving bad looks from handling the ice cream. Made the experience very awkward!

Extremely nice staff. Great customer service. The owner/boss(?) was super awesome.
Super rude staff, completely disappointing experience with our kids. Had fond memories of this location back when they’d sing when tipped. We hyped it up on our drive up to South Lake. Now, they are irritated you are there with excited kids, rushing us through our order and smugly flip the iPad around asking for an $11 tip for ice cream that is already over $40 for 4 scoops. We all know cold stone is priced higher - If you’re going to charge this much, the least you could do is hire some people that are courteous and not take the prime location for granted.
three-star review bordering on two stars.. 2 hours before closing time, they have already put the chairs up on the table. Had the audacity to tell me, only one sample per customer. $10 for 4 oz of ice cream ice cream tasted okay, but it wasn't anything off the charts wonderful. Restaurant could have been cleaner. Definitely not inviting.
The employees were so rude if you don’t want to work then don’t work
The products look fantastic on the pictures but the ice cream tastes like chewing gum without any taste for a freaking high price - we spent 22 dollars and had to throw it away, what a waste.
