Ice cream is not bad but if we are talking about price it’s extremely bad! $17 for 1 scoop of ice cream that’s crazy

Employees were very kind. The ice cream was very overpriced. Get more and better for your money at nearby shops. I ordered mint ice cream with Oreos and found nuts and pop rocks in my ice cream. Ice cream tasted unnatural and cheap. Disappointed ☹️

Disappointed.. my first time getting ice cream from cold stone. It was too expensive for a small cup of ice cream. Wanted chocolate chip and the kid threw have of it away instead of putting it in my cup. The servers were chatting with each other and i couldn’t get their attention. Then my daughter finds hair in her ice cream at least they gave her a refund which will take 10 days. Ugh
Won’t get cold stone ice cream again.

We came in around 4pm, it was not very busy which is surprising for a Sunday in July. The tall blonde lady working was rude, not paying any attention to customers because she was too busy bickering with other employees, was rolling her eyes, and had awful customer service skills. I can't believe they let her interact with customers. On top of that they didn't clean off the counter when they were mixing ice creams so both of my friends got ingredients in theirs they didn't want because they couldn't be bothered to wipe it off in between mixes. I've been to this cold stone many times, and as a local I understand that fourth of July weekend is crazy and busy and they are probably exhausted, but that's no excuse to treat customers as if they are inconvenient, and be lazy at your job, and theres never an excuse for arguing with coworkers out on the floor in front of customers. I'm appalled that the tourists that come up here are having to deal with this treatment from fellow locals. Very disappointing experience.

Very bad service but the cashier is like angry and when I gave me the change she threw some coins at her and she didn't give them back to me, she gave me the wrong change... I'm not going to return, I hope they talk to the workers?

If I could give this a 0 star I would. Very racist staff, one of the colleagues whispered to another calling us beaners. Mikaela, treated us poorly along with another colleague. We were unsure about a picture that was displayed, and proceed to order it. We were unsure we had to ask for a cone. And the colleague instead of nicely explaining, that because the picture has it doesn't mean i would get it unless ordered. Do better, treat people the way YOU would like to be treated.

The employees working on June 24 2024 gave the worst customer service I have ever had.. I never give bad reviews but It was really uncomfortable when my family walked into the store just to overhear the staff call us beaners and look at us while laughing amongst themselves. Plus, we had never ordered before so we made a mistake while ordering and asked for a cone instead of a cup and the employee was unnecessarily impolite. The tone she used when telling us "next time tell us you want it in a cone" sounded so demeaning. For such a solvable problem, the attitude was not needed. I hope this location is able to hire happier, nicer employees, because it seemed like everyone working at this location is miserable and rude.

This has been the worst Goldstone I've ever been... my family and I had the worst experience we were a group of 12 and we ordered icecream the whole team were very rude and racist, one of the girls name Michaela as soon as we walked in she seemed annoyed and said "beaners"....
After we walked out everyone starting laughing at us.
I don't recommend this place at all, considering this is a tourist destination and prices are very high.

Delicious ice cream!

Always love our visits to Cold Stone! We both thoroughly enjoyed our ice cream. Ate way too much but it's nobody's fault but our own. Stop here to quench your ice cream cravings.

Good food, but proportions are absolutely huge. i ordered a medium and it was sooo big. It was also very very expensive. For 3 people it was $40, might make sense because it is in a ski resort but this is still crazy.

Ice cream folded with your choice of ingredients. The chocolate ice cream w chocolate chip, brownies & chocolate sauce is.... you know it, a chocolate lover's delight. Ice cream & all folding ingredients are high quality. This chian has withstood the test of time because they don't stint on quality. And the lines out the door (which are efficiently processed) prove it. Nearly $11 for a standard waffle cone, but we were willing.
