Good food, but proportions are absolutely huge. i ordered a medium and it was sooo big. It was also very very expensive. For 3 people it was $40, might make sense because it is in a ski resort but this is still crazy.

Ice cream folded with your choice of ingredients. The chocolate ice cream w chocolate chip, brownies & chocolate sauce is.... you know it, a chocolate lover's delight. Ice cream & all folding ingredients are high quality. This chian has withstood the test of time because they don't stint on quality. And the lines out the door (which are efficiently processed) prove it. Nearly $11 for a standard waffle cone, but we were willing.

My family and I love cold stone ice cream. Unfortunately the customer service was bad and definitely needs improvement. I was helped by a female with blonde hair on the heavier side. Her customer service was rude and unprofessional. We left with a really bad experience.

They need to hire more workers, especially they are very busy and they making money every time waiting 25 minutes to arrive to the cashier i hate wastingmy time for no reason, super long line and only one worker serving the customers they need 2 or 3 at least to be at the front.

They had a line on a Friday night so maybe prepare for that but nonetheless the service was great! I ended buying a cake and it was delicious!

This cold stone will go above and beyond. They were not only willing to accommodate a tree nut allergy, but after they explained the process and I told them it was too much work they insisted it wasn’t a problem. The customer service was top notch!

We stood in line for 20 minutes. Only one guy serving the counter and ringing people up while 4 workers laughing and yelling in the back. Oh yea and the one who came from the back to make her boyfriend a sundae who was waiting on the side...This store needs new management bad!
