Salty.First, my reservation, which seemed well received four days prior, was actually never recorded. So when I called to confirm my party of ten thirty minutes prior to my reservation I was told I’d need to put my name on a list. Debbie was kind and accommodating as I was clearly upset of this issue. But ugh. The service ?The food. Salty. Oh my goodness. Nearly inedible. Drinks ordered by my group but they were never delivered/served.Multiple times.I only had mine because I was sitting next to the birthday girl we were celebrating. Shameful

Nice spot for lunch with a beer or cocktail. Great staff and the owner actively walks around the restaurant checking on her guests. She closed the blinds for us because she saw the sun shining in our eyes. The food was good, and the drinks were delicious. It's worth a visit in your in SLT.

I definitely recommend the pretzel with beer cheese. All the food here is good and the service is great.

We came here because last year we had a great tri tip chili. Unfortunately we probably won't be back. We brought our two girls (3 and 6) since they don't eat buns I ordered two hamburger patties and a side of fries. Why is it they charged us for two adult hamburger meals? $23 each?! Really? The least the could have done was charges the kid meal price $11. Our food was tasty but after that tab it wasn't worth it.

The service and food were spot on! We ordered fish tacos and the s'mores dessert along with some hot butter rum drinks on our way out of Tahoe (we were driving back home to San Diego after a weeks' vacation). The fish tacos came with this elote corn dip and chips...boy, was that delicious! The fish tacos were amazingly delicious as well. We cleaned our plates! The owner came to our table to greet us and tell us about the dessert and what to expect....The s'mores dessert is this top layer of marshmallow fluff crisped up over a bed of brownie chunks over a layer of the smoothest pot de creme you've ever had. OMG! I couldn't stop eating this thing and I've got to say it was the best dessert I've ever had...ever! As a thank you to the BOH team for such excellent food execution, we bought them a round of beers. Such a great job! This place is definitely bookmarked for our next trip up to Tahoe! Love this place!

Food and service was great! Mainly stopped by since it was dog friendly which thankfully the patio was empty enough for us to sit and enjoy. There were heaters nearby and the "table" is a fire pit which might not be ideal depending how much you order

Friendly intuitive service. Unique and tasty trists on conventional lunch fare.

After a day in the snow the homemade chili was a perfect dish! We were seated after only a few minutes even though the restaurant was filled up with families. We ordered red wine and a beer which took some time to arrive but our waitress was very friendly and we could see how hard she was working. Clearly this is both a locals as well as tourist dinner spot. I would recommend it for lunch or dinner. Literally on the highway just 2 miles from the Heavenly ski park.

It has been a while that I have had great service. The staff at Cold Water was super friendly, their Key Lime pie is die for. The cornbread was delicious. I would highly recommend this place.

A friend from Sacramento told us that Cold Water was his “regular stop” whenever he was in the area so we went last week to check it out. We will DEFINITELY be back! We had come from a business lunch so unfortunately we didn’t try any of the food this time but the hot buttered rum hit the spot on a snowy afternoon! Loved the whole vibe of the place and the staff were really welcoming.
