Consistently tasty and authentic. My go-to lunch spotParking: Usually plenty of parking… turning left on HWY 50 can be a pain if there is heavy traffic. Or impossible during heavy snow removal operations due to the snow snake in the middle of HWY 50. You can exit the back of the parking lot and drive one block to Tahoe Keys Blvd and take a left to the stoplight for easier East Bound turning.
Best Indian in South lake. Take out only. Grab some and go hit a brewery.

Not a bad place to take out hot Indian food in Lake Tahoe. As an Indian, I needed that hot Indian food on a cold evening at the lake, and I was pleasantly surprised with the dishes. Would call them again when I’m visiting.

Take out window located inside of a liquor store. Lots of clearly labeled vegetarian and vegan options. They weren't offering their combo option (I'm assuming because I showed up right when they opened). If you ask for low spice be aware that means no spice. Food itself was decent and came in large portions.Vegetarian options: Clearly labeled vegetarian and vegan options.

I've been coming to this take out for nearly seven years. My hubby took me here to get birthday lunch. It was terrible. Food was salty and overpriced and overspiced. No love at all in this food. The guy who took out order was kinda rude too. It's a shame....used to be fantastic. ?
It was just turmeric. No taste. We ordered garlic naan got plain naan. Overall not worth it.

No doubt food was very tasty and delicious. The staff was very nice and friendly. The Receptionist Nepali guy is very good person , he bring food to us . We Will very thankful to him . Honestly The one thing he is just little bit talkative (ਭੌਂਕਾ) but it’s ok. We will come back soon .
